Our Services

Everything a workplace project needs, under one studio

From early space strategy through to the final fit-out, each service is designed to work together — so nothing is lost as a project moves from planning into construction.

Our Approach to Service

Five services, one continuous project

Businesses can engage Morrow for a single service — such as furniture planning for an existing layout — or for the full project, from the first space assessment through to the completed fit-out. Either way, the same studio stays involved, so decisions made early in the project are carried through to what actually gets built.

Workplace Strategy & Space Planning

Understanding how much space your business actually needs

The challenge: Office space is often sized around headcount alone, without accounting for how teams actually work day to day.

What's provided: A review of current space use, working patterns and future headcount plans, translated into space requirements and layout options.

Suited to: Businesses relocating, expanding, or unsure how much space to lease next.

Office Interior Design

A layout and look shaped by your brand and your teams

The challenge: Generic office designs rarely reflect how a specific business or department actually operates.

What's provided: Layout, materials and finish selections developed around your brand, budget and the practical needs of each team.

Suited to: New offices, full renovations, or a redesign of a specific floor or department.

Fit-Out Coordination

One point of contact through the entire build

The challenge: Managing multiple contractors and trades directly can slow a project down and blur accountability.

What's provided: Coordination of contractors, trades and suppliers on site, against an agreed timeline and budget, with regular progress updates.

Suited to: Full renovation or fit-out projects with multiple trades involved.

Furniture & Workspace Planning

Furniture chosen and laid out for daily use, not just appearance

The challenge: Furniture is often selected on appearance alone, without testing how it fits daily use or traffic flow.

What's provided: Furniture and storage selection and layout planning for desks, meeting rooms and shared areas, matched to how each space is actually used.

Suited to: Any project stage, including standalone furniture projects for an existing office.

Office Renovation & Refresh

Updating an office your team is still working from

The challenge: A full renovation isn't always practical when a team needs to keep working from the same space.

What's provided: Renovation planned and phased to minimise disruption, whether that's a full refresh or targeted updates to specific areas.

Suited to: Occupied offices that need updating without relocating.

Frequently Asked

Questions about working with Morrow

Can we engage Morrow for just one service, like furniture planning? +

Yes. While many projects use the full range of services, each one can also be engaged on its own where that suits the project better.

Do you work with businesses that are new to Singapore? +

Yes. We work with regional businesses setting up their first Singapore office, including guidance on local building and fit-out requirements.

Can renovation work happen while our team is still in the office? +

In many cases, yes. Renovations can be phased to reduce disruption, though this depends on the scope and layout of the project.

How is project pricing structured? +

Pricing depends on project scope, space size and service selection. We provide a proposal following an initial consultation and site assessment.
